They Grow to Fast

Well I feel like I am getting old....lol. My baby is going to be 11 in a few days. It is crazy how fast time goes by.I never thought I would be 27 with an 11 year old. Thought I would just be starting to have kids around this age. But he is my pride and joy. He is such a great kid!!! I am getting scared cause he is getting to the age where he is going to start liking girls. Thought for a minute that his voice was changing. Now that was really scary!! I'm not ready for him to grow up in that way. He will always be my baby and a mama's boy!!! He is having his first big sleep over at the house this Saturday. I only let him invite like 8 kids. Not sure if I could handle more than that. We all know how loud kids can get!!!

Yes it is true...Austin is now a big brother. He is so excited. He was born on Sunday November 9th at 5:15pm. He was 6lbs 12oz and 18 inches. He is so cute. Austin hasn't really gotten to see him but for only a few minutes. Mom and baby come home from the hospital today so I hope I can take Austin to the house to see him....Yes I want to see him too.
I love my new job. Working 2 jobs get kind of excastin but It is nice to be able to come home everyday with money in my pocket and I can't complain about getting 2 paychecks. I never realized how good of money you can make being a server. I am caught up on my bills so that makes life so much better and less stressful. Now I can focus on Christmas and then after that Austin's 11th B-day. It's crazy how fast kids grow. I am going to have a teenager in 2 years. Before I know it he is going to be wanting to go out on dates with girls and graduating High School. It is scary to think about.

Suprise!!! I know it has been a long time!!!

I know it has been for ever since I have posted. I am not good at keeping these things up. You think I would be since 2 days a week all i do is just sit in front of a computer for 8 hours trying to figure out stuff to do to keep me busy so the time will go by faster. Hey at least I get paid $10 an hour to check my Myspace and play games online. I do answer phone but it hardly rings and sometimes I have papers to file an errands to run but not very often. I did get another job. I love it. I am a waitress at a little restaurant up in Oak View called the Oak Pit. They just re-opened. They were closed down for about 4 months to remodel. I am making pretty good tips so i am happy.

I guess I should up date about my custody stuff. Well Randy wanted to take Austin every other week. Well he didn't get that. He picks Austin up from school on Wednesday and has him till about 3pm on Saturdays. So he has him 3 nights a week and I have him 4 nights. It has been like that for about a month now.

This weeks has been hard cause I haven't hardly gotten to see Austin cause I have been working a lot. Monday i worked Both my jobs so I only got to see him for a minute before having to go to the restaurant. Then Tuesday i ended up working from 12pm to 8:30pm so i only got to see Austin for a few that day too and now he goes to his dads till Saturday. I wont really get to see him then cause I pick him up at 3 and have to work at 5. But thank goodness I have Sunday off. It will be nice to spend time with him. I feel like it has been for ever.

5th Grade

WOW!!! Austin started the 5TH grade today. I can't believe it. Were has the time gone. It seems like yesterday he was just starting kindergarten. I feel like I am getting old. I know I'm not but to have a 5TH grader already. He is huge . He is almost as tall as me. His feet are huge . He is in a 7 1/2 almost big enough for an 8. Before I know it he is going to be taller than me.

Well I go to my court orientation tomorrow then next Thursday I go to the mediation. The custody battle begins. I can't believe this is happening. I guess I just never thought that Randy would go there. He is married now and going to have a baby here in a few months so he wants to have his happy little family. I don't know what I am going to do if he gets 50% custody of Austin. I can't imagine not having Austin around all the time like I do. That is my baby. Almost 11 years later and he wants to be a real dad. We will see. Austin has been acting different since Randy served me with papers. He is being such a mama's boy. More than usual. He comes up and hugs me and kisses me out of the blue. Wants to cuddle more. I mean he has in the past but it usually is just before bed or when he gets home from his dads. Only time will tell.

Another Day

Austin loves his drums. He messes with them all the time. Grandpa and I both go out to the garage and bang on them sometimes. It's a stress reducer.

Ugh my mouth hurts. I had to get a root canal done yesterday. I didn't sleep very good last night. I am supposed to go with Austin and some friends to the fair tonight to a concert but I I'm not sure if I am going to go. Not if my tooth still hurt. He is going to see Raven with Erica and her niece Elizabeth. I hope it will be fun for him.

Austin and his friends were running in and out of the house yesterday and Daisy got out. I didn't know and neither did Grandpa. Austin came inside with her and told us she got hit by a car. She seems to be doing good. Austin didn't want to tell us anything about it. He was upset cause he thought she wasn't going to be OK so he didn't want to talk about it. But he ended up telling us things about what happened here and there.

Hard Work

Well as you know the Ventura County Fair is in town. It started yesterday. My friend Erica's mom was a volunteer down at the fair grounds before it started helping out with the agricultural display set ups. They had left over sod so she called us asking us if we wanted it. My dad said yes. So for the pest few day's we have been working on getting it all prepped and laying it all down. It was hard work but it looks good. It is nice to have grass in the back yard now. We just hope it doesn't die. My Daisy dog is loving it. She keeps rolling around on it.

It's Gonna Be Noisy

Austin has wanted a drum set for a few years now. WELL he is getting one. I go and pick it up in about an hour. We are getting it for pretty cheap. We all know how kids are. They want something so bad and they get it and then within day's they are over it. I hope that he finally will find something he enjoys doing. He is so excited to get it. We have been talking about it for a few weeks now but Grandpa and I couldn't decide. Now that we have he decided he can't wait for me to go pick it up. I'm kind of excited to get it for him. I love the drums and I have always wanted to learn how to play them. It will be something Austin and I can do together. As soon as I get it set up I will take some pictures of him.
